AF: Our Actionable Findings Manager (AF) continues to expand to new clients as they protect patients, recapture revenue, reduce risk, and track data. Real-time analytics provide shorter feedback loops for practices and radiologists to make adjustments as soon as needed. Our priority is to ensure proper follow-up for patients with actionable findings and to get them care and treatment at an earlier stage of their disease. We also help practices develop customized follow-up clinics based on the category and type of actionable findings, such as a lung cancer clinic. Our platform is customizable to suit clients’ needs and works across all imaging modalities.
ME: Our MIPS Measure Extractor (ME) continues to gain popularity as CMS increases the threshold to achieve a non-negative Medicare reimbursement adjustment. Almost 40% of radiology practices can expect a negative adjustment retroactively on their current Medicare payments based on the quality of their reported data. The points threshold for a neutral adjustment is now 75 points and very hard to obtain. With scheduled Medicare cuts already looming, practices might face up to a 10% total loss in Medicare revenue as the average negative adjustment is approximate -2% with a maximum of -9%. Our engine automates the extraction and reporting to data registries and QCDRs to avoid these negative adjustments.
